How to use Camtasia Studio

[[ how to get started with camtasia?]] Getting Started:
1.Get your recording area ready before you start recording.
2.Once your recording area is ready ,go ahead and start the Camtasia Studio.
3.Once you start camtasia ,a welcome window pops up on the page.
4.Select the New Screen Recording Button to launch the camtasia recording.
5.Later you can select the camtasia recording interfaces like the microphone and the Camera options according to your personal settings.
6.The next step is to select the area of recording and this can be done with the help of the mouse ,because it is quite easy and is just click and dragging the region of selection.
7.You can find the preset sizes for the window at the dimension centre which will make the the user easy to record for a certain purpose of action. 'For example a web page preset size is 640*480 ,so we can set our preset size to the above size and start our recording .
Recording:
8.Once you are set with dimensions , click the red record button and start recording the screen or presentation you want to record.
9.Once you are done, click the stop button in the same tool bar and the recording stops and a preview of the recorded version can be viewed by the user.If the recording is good for the user he can go ahead and save it.
10.Once you save your recording ,choose the edit my options in the post save window,this will lead the user to a clip bin where he/she can edit the video.
Editing:
11.Once you have entered into the clip bin a project setting window appears to the user allowing him to set up an interface like an Ipod ,CD-Rom,Web etc.this would based on the user .
12.There are many option of editing which can be done in the camstasia editing section like removing a part of the movie from the time line ,inserting text and pictures or any other media in the same time ,.or similar to the windows movie maker software.
Producing
13.Once you record the video or the required presentation,this recording can be published to the computer as a flash file,or a quick time file or any video format file as per the users requirement.And before the publishing the user can view this recording in the Camtasia for any future changes if required.
14.The User Can Edit the Video at anytime he wants to edit by many tools present in the camtasia.i.e Zoom and Pan the picture,inserting clips as mentioned above in the editing section.
