. Before starting any presentation, the instructor needs to check to make sure their Microphone is working. This can be achieved by clicking on the microphone button on the same Speechi tool bar and checking it.
4. If the instructor wants to record his lecture and present the same lecture simultaneously, the instructor can add a camera device to the computer called Camtasia Studio, which helps the video recording to take place.
5. In order for the instructor to begin recording, the instructor needs to click on the record button on the tool bar. A window pops up, notifying the instructor about the recording. Once the recording has been accepted, the recording begins.
6. The Instructor can also write physically in between their presentation with the help of a whiteboard software called Eureki. This software helps the instructor to write, similarily to a whiteboard in a classroom. These comments can be recorded for future use. .
