Camtasia is a software which allows the user i.e. the Instructor to record his lecture or the presentation for future usage purpose or to record such presenations for an online student.

For a Live Class:Camtasia is used in the live class by the Instructor in order to save his class record and also submit his/her work effectively to the students during the class or post class,and the student can also record the whole lecture like a movie and can put them in their records for future use in the course.

For an Online Class:For an Online class the Camtasia Studio is an ideal tool for the instructor to teach ,because ,he can present his presentations online with the help of recording and presenting them in a movie format with all the technology involved makes the student more interesrted in the course and also the instructor has a freedom to tell whatever he would like to share with the students in regard of the course material,and Camtasia has proven to be extraordinary tool for the online wing of education in the recent past.

All the Instructors can know about this software,by stopping down at the Instructional Design Centre (IDC:R-107) and can view the demo by setting up an appointment with the concerned staff and start using it.
